Management Team

Dhirendra Pratap Ray - CEO & Managing Director

He possesses a Master of Science (Technology) in Geophysics and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Institute of Sciences, Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi, India. He is a versatile professional offering over 16 years of diverse international experience in various positions of increasing responsibility in geophysical operations. He holds extensive experience in seismic data processing & interpretation, ground penetrating radar, groundwater resource management, seismic operation, data quality control, survey design, project management, business development and successfully executed several projects including multiple international basins or datasets such as from India, Libya, Australia, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, New Zealand, Myanmar, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Seychelles (East Africa) and Papua New Guinea. He has several achievements in the field of geoscience operations and possesses strong business acumen. His expertise includes seismology, seismic data acquisition & processing, seismic survey for coal exploration, seismic survey for metro tunnel path, survey design, and groundwater survey with geophysical methods. He is the founder of RAY SPEED and possesses strong business acumen.

Dimple - Co-founder/ Director

She brings rich multinational experience of 15 years across HR, administration, strategic planning, negotiation, leadership, and public company management. She is responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Tax, Audit, and Risk Management. Under her leadership, the organization has put in place the right HR policies, progressive people practices, and talent management across Ray Speed. Previously, she worked in oil & gas industry, real state, banking etc, and has an exceptional ability to understand the market situation and translate them into revenue opportunities. She has accumulated vast experience throughout his career in India and Singapore.

Bhanu Pratap Ray - Advisor

He has over 35 years of experience in the Indian steel and coal industry. He has over 3 decades of working experience with India leading national maharatana steel company, Steel Authority Of India Limited (SAIL). His experience, guidance, and stewardship are very valuable to us to achieve any goal. At Ray Speed, He shoulders responsibilities of overall management and administrations. Over 35 years of career with SAIL as a Managerial position has managed production projects. He has several achievements and won over 200 awards for innovative ideas to SAIL. Also, he received a national award “VISHWAKARMA RASTRIYA PURASKAR” for his outstanding achievement in the field of the steel industry. The award was given by The Govt. Of India.

Ashok Kumar Srivastava - Advisor

Former Group General Manager & Basin Manager of India’s leading national oil company, ONGC. With 40 years of rich experience in Oil & Gas field Exploration & Development, Reserve Estimation /Auditing, Development & Production planning, Reservoir management, Conformance control, and Petroleum acreage/property assessment and risk. His expertise includes of geological modeling and interpretation leading to discoveries, field specific, Clastic and Carbonate, Development Geology including extended production testing of Indian producing fields. He has Masters degree in Applied Geology from IIT Roorkee. He brings immense credibility and direction to the organization.

Choppalli Visweswara Rao - Senior Consultant

With over 40 years of rich experience in Oil & Gas industry. Former General Manager of India’s leading national oil company, ONGC. His expertise includes advance seismic data processing for both environment land & marine and integrated interpretation. He has managed and played a technical role on numerous projects for processing and interpretation of several basins in India own by ONGC. He has been processing, interpreting, and modeling geophysical data with a strong emphasis on obtaining geological information from various data types. He specializes in all aspects of geology & geophysics for processing & interpretation applications. He has Master of Science (Technology) in Geophysics from Andhra University. He expertise and domain knowledge is the asset for RSSPL.

Narendra Prasad Srivastava - Senior Consultant

With a Master Degree in Geophysics from Indian School of Mine (ISM), Dhanbad. He has over 35 years of rich experience in mineral exploration, development, and production, and has served Central Mine Planning & Design Institute (CMPDI). He started his career with Gujarat Engineering Research Institute in 1986, then he joined CMPDI in 1989, where he successfully commissioned the planning and execution of need based geophysical surveys Promoted to the rank of Chief Manager, where he successfully executed several projects and worked with the latest geophysical technology available in the market at that time such as seismic, ERT etc. He has been associated with RAY SPEED in 2020 after Superannuated from CMPDI. His expertise includes Electrical Resistivity Tomography (ERT), coal seismic data integrated interpretation. He has managed and played a technical role on numerous projects for ERT and seismic activities of coal blocks in India. Presently, he is an active member of Technical Committee (TC), Quality Council of India.
